MAESTRO VLADO KULÍŠEK and the Theatre Fortissimo

For many years he has been accompanying us within the Rye Island Crayons international drawing competition.

We are very grateful to him.

Just three days before our vernissage which took place on June 9, 2023 he performed at a festival in Korea:

"It took two days to get there, two days I performed, then a two-day journey home"

This is what he confessed us before his performance on Friday.

Well, he is a mime and he doesn't talk much.

We mean - with words.

He speaks with his eyes, his face, his whole body and also through silence.

As we had a chance to experience, his language is understood by children as well as adults in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine, Germany, Bangladesh and Hong Kong...

In one word, he is a MAESTRO!!!
